The Most Exiting Part
The most exciting part so far is when we meet russ and he is really really fascinated on the constellations and the cosmos. He is wearing a very weird shirt that he drawed on. He thinks he is from outer space robot and is trying to learn emotions even though he thinks he was from outer space and is made as a prototype and is going to back into the cosmos and then be set free. I think he has PTSD, or schizophrenia, its really really scary mental problem where some people go psycho and and can't tell if the vaices in his head and in real life are the same. I think that the voices have told him that he is a prototype, and thats why he is psycho, and in some cases schizophrenic patients have even killed people
The most interesting event- Blake Miller
The most interesting event so far is Finley and Erin breaking up. The reason why is because they can’t talk to each other anymore, and that takes away most of the action in the story. They’re in high school, and it’s Finley’s senior year so it’s appropriate that they dated for a while. Most of the story involves Finley and Erin talking to each other. That’s also what most of the story is about. They mean a lot to each other, and it’s an important part of the story. They have to focus on basketball now, and will be a major turning point in the story.
What was the most exciting thing in your book? -Ethan Lowe
The most exciting part in the book so far was when Finley and Erin broke up. I have never liked Erin because I think she is a little bossy. Farther down the road in the book they said they were going to get back together. I hate that. Finley and Erin both need to be focused on Basketball and not worried about relationships. If Finley does not want to loose his spot on the basketball team then he will need to worry more about basketball. If he does not choose to stay not dating Erin then things could get ugly. You see Erin is not the type of girl who wants to be broken up with. I think that Erin and Finley should remain friends and refrain from dating. This would be the best possible outcome for them both.

How the setting affects the mood- Blake Miller
The setting affects the mood in my story because they don't live in a great neighborhood, and there are gangs and drugs all over the place. One piece of evidence is “Don’t hang out with this idiot, he can’t even speak!” and then he beat the main character, Finely, up. If they lived in a rich suburb, then they wouldn’t get made fun of all the time, and Finley wouldn’t have gotten beat up, in their neighborhood and at school. The mood is kind of dull at some points because the neighborhood isn’t clean and there’s bullies everywhere. Those are the parts of the book when it gets really dull and dark.
what i think of boy 21
It affects it as there is a total loon who is good at playing basketball, and a creeper who likes his girl friends beautiful stomach. They play basketball, and the worst part is the irish mafia which gives good irish people a bad name, disappointing is a sure fire for the beginning of the book maybe it will get better as the story climates to the top and then cools down. It seems to me that this book was overrated and need to get a better idea of the ideas like a book known as wendy has wings. they tried to make it more funny then it really is. people need to be thinking of what their kids are reading. I recommend that they sould make it more realistic than they want it to be. the setting is in the hood and a good kid living in the hood is hard to come by. I give this book a 5 out of 10 so far.
How does your setting affect your story’s mood? -Ethan Lowe
The setting of our book is a dirty bad neighborhood. They are always talking about how everyone is either drunk or doing drugs. I think this makes the reader feel bad for the kids in the neighborhood because their parents might always be on drugs or drunk or other things. These kids are most likely not very smart, how would they be if their parents aren't there to help them. I know when I was reading this book it made me feel sad and frustrated. Sometimes it said in the book that even the grandpa was always drunk. One of the main characters even stated that he knew what weed and other drugs smelled like. I think that is a little obsured. A child my age. That made me even more upset that even the kids know that all these things are happening. I am disappointed that the parents would let their town/neighborhood get this bad.
